2 Make It Official
We'll finalize you deposit and sign the contract to secure your booking. Then I'll be in touch before your session to check in on questions, outfits, and specific details.

3 Your Boudoir Session
When it’s time for your shoot, I’ll guide you through every posture and pose. Photographer Robert J Davis is dedicated to providing a calm, comfortable, safe, and thoroughly professional environment where creative, enjoyable photoshoots take place.

4 Reveal and Order
About a week after your session, we'll meet to select your favorite images and decide how you would like to take them home. We'll use your favorites to create a beautiful album as a great way to cherish your photos for years to come.

How do I book a session?

The consultation is free and there is no obligation to schedule a session. We'll get to know each other a little and you can tell me what you're envisioning so we can plan a session that really is all about you. To officially book you will need to sign a contract and pay the session fee as a retainer to ensure a day and time is reserved just for you!

Where will my session take place?
There are multiple options! Some clients hire me to take boudoir photos in their own home, a private residence or somewhere gorgeous (and semi-private/private) outdoors. Others choose a beautiful hotel suite or Airbnb. For clients preferring a studio setting there are a few photography studios available in the DFW area.
I don't want my photos to be seen by anyone online, will you put them on your website?
No, I will not. I understand your need for privacy. Your images will not be put on our website or posted to social media without written consent in the form of a model release. Images featured on this site and my social media are models I've worked with or clients who have given permission in writing to use their photos. I will not use your images unless you want me to!
Do you offer implied/nude sessions?
Absolutely! This is about you and your comfort levels!
What about hair and makeup?
As a location photographer I create boudoir images in the client's home, a private residence, a hotel suite, an Airbnb or somewhere (semi-private/private) outdoors. You can have your Hair and Makeup done at a time and place convenient to you and be photo ready when you arrive at the location.
Do you offer retouching or editing? Do you photoshop my images?
I do basic color correction and a light skin smooth. I will remove blemishes and anything not permanent to you. Other than that, there is very little photoshop done. If there is something you feel self-conscious about, we can use poses and lighting to emphasize your best features instead.
Can I just get the digital files?
I do offer high-resolution .jpg files for sale. As a photographer, I like to see my images through their creative process, from beginning to end that includes the final printed product.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once you have scheduled your session and paid your retainer, it is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 1 week before your session.
